Total Music, Totally Free?

Universal Music, Sony BMG and maybe Warner Music are thinking of a subscription music service that could be free for end users. Hardware manufacturers will pay aprox $90 USD to the music labels and when consumers buy certain devices they get free all you can eat subscription music. Could that actually climb the iTunes/iPod mountain? If subscriptions will ever gain mass acceptance free would help.apple logo
